Job summary

Affirm is hiring a Director of Product to own the Affirm Card and Card Platform, shaping end‑to‑end user experience, business outcomes, and the underlying platform for card issuance, authorization, servicing, and partner integrations. This pillar‑level role defines strategy, builds a high‑performing team, and delivers durable outcomes across a strategic product area.

You will lead US direct‑to‑consumer card products and oversee the Card Platform, with responsibility for cross‑functional

Qualifications

15+ years in product management, with experience leading multi‑team product areas or platforms.
Track record of owning large domains or business lines with meaningful financial impact.
Experience managing managers and building high‑performing PM teams.
Proven ability to create systems, processes, and culture that scale.
Ability to operate at portfolio‑level altitude and connect product decisions to company strategy.

Responsibilities

Own the Card domain end-to-end, including vision, roadmap, and P&L aspects.
Build and scale a high‑performing product organization with clear standards and cadences.
Drive GMV, engagement, unit economics, and credit outcomes for Card domain.
Lead platform strategy and execution, including APIs and servicing systems.
Operate as a cross‑functional leader aligning senior stakeholders across departments.
