Job summary

Zonda is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions for NewHomeSource in Minneapolis. You’ll build relationships with homebuilders, work with the Regional VP of Sales, and expand Zonda’s brand in local markets.

The role requires a high sense of urgency, a hunter mentality, and the ability to thrive independently within a dynamic, collaborative team environment. Travel within territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-5+ years in listings/advertising or digital media sales.
• Experience selling to VP/Director level in the new home industry.
• Knowledge of CRM, CMS, data feeds and lead integration.
• SaaS experience with user acquisition.
• Driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business selling builder listings and digital solutions.
• Develop and execute territory sales plan.
• Schedule 5-7 face-to-face or virtual appointments weekly; maintain pipeline in Salesforce.
• Qualify leads and drive full sales cycle from intro to close.
• Conduct in-person and web demonstrations.
• Collaborate with data reps to build builder relationships.
• Travel within territory and industry conventions.
• Present listings and ads at company events.
