Job summary

CoStar Group, a leading real estate information company, seeks a Director of Business Development for Zonda in Houston to generate new business for Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions. You will build relationships with builders and coordinate with the NewHomeSource leadership to grow market share.

The role requires 2–5+ years in listings/advertising sales, SaaS experience, and a proven hunter mentality.

Qualifications

2–5+ years in listings/advertising or digital media sales
Experience selling to VP/Director level in homebuilding
Knowledge of CRM, CMS, data feeds and leads integration
Experience in SaaS with user acquisition focus
Full sales cycle from prospecting to closing; strong closing drive
Bachelor’s degree from accredited university

Responsibilities

Generate new business selling Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions
Develop and execute a territory sales plan
Schedule 5–7 face-to-face or virtual appointments weekly and maintain pipeline in Salesforce
Qualify leads and drive full sales cycle from intro to close
Perform in-person and web demonstrations
Collaborate with data reps to build builder relationships
Travel within territory and industry conventions to close prospects
Present listings and advertising products at events
