Job summary

CoStar Group, through its Zonda partnership in Boise, ID, is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive listings and digital solutions for homebuilders and developers. You will own the sales cycle, develop territory plans, and lead end-to-end demonstrations to close deals.

You will build builder relationships, manage pipeline in Salesforce, and travel as needed to conferences and client sites. A background in SaaS, CRM, and digital marketing is required, with a bachelor’s degree and

Qualifications

• Experience in listings/advertising or digital media services in business development/outside sales.
• Experience selling to VP or Director level in new home industry.
• CRM, CMS, data feeds and lead integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and drive revenue selling Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions to homebuilders and developers in the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute a sales plan for the territory.
• Schedule 5–7 meetings weekly and maintain pipeline in Salesforce.com.
• Drive full sales cycle from intro calls to closing deals.
• Perform in person and web demonstrations of products.
• Collaborate with data representatives to build builder relationships with sales/marketing teams.
• Travel within territory and attend industry events as needed.
• Present listings and advertising products at company events.
