Job summary

CoStar Group, through its Zonda partnership in Boise, ID, is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive listings and digital solutions for homebuilders and developers. You will own the sales cycle, develop territory plans, and lead end-to-end demonstrations to close deals.

You will build builder relationships, manage pipeline in Salesforce, and travel as needed to conferences and client sites. A background in SaaS, CRM, and digital marketing is required, with a bachelor’s degree and

Qualifications

Experience in listings/advertising or digital media services in business development/outside sales.
Experience selling to VP or Director level in new home industry.
CRM, CMS, data feeds and lead integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

Generate new business and drive revenue selling Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions to homebuilders and developers in the assigned territory.
Develop and execute a sales plan for the territory.
Schedule 5–7 meetings weekly and maintain pipeline in Salesforce.com.
Drive full sales cycle from intro calls to closing deals.
Perform in person and web demonstrations of products.
Collaborate with data representatives to build builder relationships with sales/marketing teams.
Travel within territory and attend industry events as needed.
Present listings and advertising products at company events.
