Job summary

CoStar Group, a NASDAQ-listed leader in real estate information and analytics, is seeking a Director of Business Development for Zonda’s NewHomeSource and related services. You will drive Builder Listings Services, digital solutions, and advertising products across a defined territory.

You will build relationships with builder marketing and sales teams, manage the full sales cycle, and collaborate with the Regional VP of Sales to grow market presence in the housing sector.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in listings/advertising and/or digital media services in a business development/outside sales role.
• 2-5+ years in the new home industry selling to VP/Director level in sales & marketing.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or college.
• Current and valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and drive revenue selling Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions.
• Develop and execute a sales plan for the territory.
• Arrange 5-7 face-to-face or virtual appointments weekly with pipeline in Salesforce.
• Qualify leads and drive full sales cycle from intro to closing.
• Conduct in-person and web demonstrations.
• Collaborate with data representatives to build builder relationships.
• Travel within territory and industry conventions to close prospects.
