CoStar Group in Houston seeks a Director of Business Development to drive revenue for Zonda’s Builder Listings Services and Builder Digital Solutions. You will work with the NewHomeSource regional VP of Sales to grow the brand in local markets, building relationships with builder marketing and sales teams.

You will need 2–5+ years in listings/advertising sales, a solid understanding of builder digital marketing tech, and a track record in SaaS sales.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years’ experience in listings/advertising and/or digital media services in a business development/outside sales role
• 2–5+ years’ experience in the new home industry selling into sales & marketing departments at the VP or Director level
• General knowledge of builder digital marketing technologies including CRM, CMS, data feeds and lead integration
• Previous SaaS experience with focus on user acquisition
• Experience managing the full sales process from prospecting to closing; ability to acquire new business

Responsabilités

• Generate new business and drive revenue selling Zonda’s Builder Listings Services and related digital solutions to homebuilders & developers in the territory
• Develop and execute a sales plan for the territory
• Schedule and conduct 5–7 face-to-face or virtual appointments weekly; maintain pipeline in Salesforce
• Qualify leads and drive the full sales cycle from intro calls to closing
• Perform in-person and web demonstrations of listings, advertising, and digital solution products
• Collaborate with Zonda data representatives to build builder relationships with sales and marketing teams
• Travel within territory and to industry conventions as needed
• Present listings, advertising products and builder digital solutions at company events
