Job summary

CoStar Group’s Zonda division seeks a Director of Business Development for Listings/Advertising and Builder Digital Solutions in North Carolina (Charlotte or Raleigh). You will build relationships with builders, drive new business, and collaborate with the NewHomeSource leadership to expand market presence.

The role requires hunter mentality, strong sales discipline, and experience in SaaS-based user acquisition. Travel within territory is expected; a valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in listings/advertising and/or digital media sales or business development.
• 2–5+ years selling to VP/Director level in new home industry.
• CRM, CMS, data feeds and leads integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and revenue for Zonda's Builder Listings Services and Digital Solutions.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan.
• Schedule 5–7 weekly meetings and maintain pipeline in Salesforce.
• Lead full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
