Job summary

Silvus Technologies is seeking a Director of Business Development, Electronic Warfare to lead efforts in identifying and capturing opportunities within the electromagnetic spectrum domain. This role involves defining and executing go-to-market strategies and building relationships with key partners.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in Electronic Warfare, along with significant experience in business development. This position offers the flexibility of 100% remote work and a competitive compensation package ranging from $180,000 to $200,000 annually, with additional incentives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development in defense or aerospace sectors.
• Proven success in securing DoD programs valued at or over $1M.
• Security Clearance: Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Electronic Warfare business strategy.
• Define market segments and competitive positioning.
• Partner with Product Management to align customer needs.
