Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Director of Business Development for Electronic Warfare to lead efforts in identifying and capturing opportunities in the electromagnetic-spectrum operations domain. This role requires a candidate with extensive experience in Electronic Warfare and SIGINT who can engage with key government and industry partners.

With a salary range of $180,000 - $200,000, candidates will also be eligible for incentives. The position allows for remote work if located in the continental United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development or program management.
• Proven success in securing and executing DoD programs valued at $1M – $20M.
• Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Electronic Warfare business strategy.
• Establish and expand relationships with defense and spectrum‑operations community.
• Build a data‑driven business plan and forecast aligned with corporate objectives.
