Job summary

Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Director of Business Development in Electronic Warfare to lead strategic growth, identify opportunities, and shape capture for DoD and allied customers.

The role requires deep EW, RF, and SIGINT experience, a DoD program track record, and strong relationship-building with government and industry partners. Remote work is possible for eligible locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in business development, capture management, or program management within defense/aerospace.
• Experience securing and executing DoD programs valued at $1M–$20M.
• Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and FAR/DFARS compliance.
• Technical familiarity with RF systems and spectrum operations.
• Existing DoD EW program relationships with major defense primes.
• Security Clearance: Active SECRET or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute EW business strategy for DoD and allied customers.
• Lead opportunity identification, qualification, and capture planning.
• Cultivate relationships with Program Offices, PEOs, and primes.
• Pursue strategic alliances with OEMs, integrators, and channel partners.
• Build data-driven business plans and regular leadership reporting.
• Travel as required to engage customers and events.
