Motorola Solutions is seeking a Director of Business Development focused on Electronic Warfare. The role entails developing strategies, engaging with key defense clients, and leading efforts in the electromagnetic spectrum operations domain.

Ideal candidates must have over 10 years of experience in defense sectors and proven success with programs worth up to $20M. This position allows for up to 100% remote work for applicants based in the continental United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development, capture management, or program management within the defense or aerospace sectors.
• Proven success in securing and executing DoD programs valued at $1M – $20M.
• Existing relationships within DoD EW programs and with major defense primes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Electronic Warfare business strategy.
• Establish and expand relationships with Program Offices and Prime Contractors.
• Build a data-driven business plan and forecast aligned with corporate objectives.
