Job summary

Covista is seeking a Director, Learning & Skills at Scale to lead the design and delivery of an enterprise-wide learning strategy. You will oversee two direct reports to build a scalable leadership pipeline, curate skills-based learning journeys, and drive manager effectiveness using AI-enabled, adaptive learning tech.

You will partner with senior HR leaders to embed future-of-work thinking and track KPIs to prove impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or Master's Degree Organization Development or related field preferred.
• 7+ years in talent management or human resources required.
• Strong expertise in modern talent practices including succession planning, high-potential development, and strategic workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead an enterprise-wide learning and skills strategy.
• Own end-to-end delivery of the Learning & Skills portfolio with budgets, milestones, and KPIs.
• Direct the leadership development strategy across the full leadership continuum.
• Drive manager effectiveness programs for modern, human-centered leadership.
• Oversee skills development journeys and leverage AI-enabled learning technologies to personalize development.
• Lead vendor selection, contracting, and relationship management for learning tech and content.
• Partner with senior leaders to embed Future of Work thinking and emerging technologies.
• Develop and coach the Learning & Skills team to high performance.
• Track KPIs like journey completion, skill growth, program ROI, and business impact.
