Reporting to the VP of Talent, the Director, Learning & Skills at Scale leads the design and delivery of an enterprise-wide, future-focused learning and skills strategy — built to Grow Faster, Demand More, Hire Better, and Inspire Deeply. This role owns the end-to-end learning and skills ecosystem at scale, leading two direct reports — the Sr. Manager, Leadership Development and the Sr. Manager, Skills Development — to build a scalable leadership pipeline, curate skills-based learning journeys, drive manager effectiveness, and oversee vendor management and program delivery. The Director will leverage AI-enabled and adaptive learning technologies to personalize development, embed future-of-work thinking into everything the team builds, and track learning and skills KPIs to demonstrate measurable business impact.

Responsibilities
  • Learning & Skills Strategy: Design and lead an enterprise-wide, future-focused learning and skills strategy that scales leadership development and skills-building capabilities across the organization, anchored in a Future of Work (FoW) framework: Grow Faster, Demand More, Hire Better, Inspire Deeply.
  • Program Delivery Oversight: Own end-to-end delivery of the Learning & Skills portfolio, developing project plans with clear milestones, budgets, resourcing, and KPIs across both the Leadership Development and Skills Development workstreams.
  • Leadership Development: Direct the strategy and execution of leadership development programs across the full leadership continuum — from emerging leaders to executives — building a scalable, future-ready leadership pipeline through the Sr. Manager, Leadership Development.
  • Manager Effectiveness: Drive manager effectiveness programs that equip people leaders with modern, human-centered capabilities — coaching, feedback, change leadership, and team development — to lead high-performing teams at scale.
  • Skills Development & Learning Journey Curation: Oversee the curation of skills-based learning journeys and content through the Sr. Manager, Skills Development, leveraging AI-enabled and adaptive learning technologies to personalize skill-building at scale.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Lead vendor selection, contracting, and relationship management with learning technology and content providers, ensuring best-in-class, cost-effective, and future-forward solutions.
  • Future of Work Enablement: Partner with senior business and HR leaders to anticipate emerging skill needs and evolving work models, embedding future-of-work thinking and emerging technology (including AI) into the learning and skills strategy.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the Learning & Skills organization, including the Sr. Manager, Leadership Development and Sr. Manager, Skills Development, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
  • Metrics & Impact: Establish and track learning and skills KPIs — including learning journey completion, skill-proficiency growth, program ROI, and business impact — to continuously improve program effectiveness at scale.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required or Master's Degree in Organization Development or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years in talent management or human resources required.
