Job summary

Covista, a leading healthcare education provider, seeks a Senior Director of Talent Management to shape workforce strategy and execution. You will lead performance, succession, career architecture and workforce planning at scale, partnering with finance, analytics, and AI teams to drive impactful outcomes.

The role oversees a director and three talent partners, with responsibilities spanning leadership development, talent reviews, and program design in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or communications required.
• Master’s degree preferred for senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise talent review processes and leadership succession planning at scale.
• Own Connected Performance strategy and align it with the business plan and HR processes.
• Develop and maintain career architecture and skills frameworks for internal mobility.
• Oversee strategic workforce planning with finance to align talent with business strategy.
• Manage a team including a Director of Talent Management and up to three Talent Partners.
