Covista is seeking a Senior Director, Talent Management to set the strategic direction for developing its workforce for the future. You will oversee performance, succession, career and skills development, and workforce planning, leading a team of directors and talent partners to bring talent strategy to life.

The role partners with analytics, finance, and AI integration teams to ensure scalable leadership pipelines and a robust skills architecture that meets evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology or communications required; master's preferred.
• 15+ years in HR generalist roles with talent management exposure.
• Strong training and facilitation skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Leads enterprise talent review process and succession planning at scale.
• Owns Connected Performance strategy and integrated HR processes.
• Builds career architecture and skills frameworks for internal mobility.
• Owns strategic workforce planning with metrics and dashboards.
• Leads Director of Talent Management and up to three Talent Partners.
• Designs and leads the organization's future of work strategy.
• Facilitates team-building and leadership development sessions.
• Participates in executive-level assessments.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
