Covista is seeking a Director of Learning & Skills at Scale to design and deliver an enterprise-wide learning and skills strategy. You will lead two managers and build a scalable leadership pipeline, curating skills-based journeys, driving manager effectiveness, and overseeing vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Organization Development or related).
• 7+ years in talent management or human resources.
• Strong expertise in succession planning, high-potential development, and strategic workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead an enterprise-wide learning and skills strategy aligned with a Future of Work framework.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of Learning & Skills portfolio with budgets, milestones, and KPIs.
• Direct leadership development programs across the leadership continuum and build a scalable pipeline.
• Drive manager effectiveness programs including coaching, feedback, and change leadership.
• Oversee skills-based learning journeys and use AI-enabled tools to personalize development.
