Job summary

Capital One's Enterprise Learning & Development team is seeking a Director, AI Learning Enablement Leader to shape and deliver the learning strategy for the enterprise-wide AI transformation, partnering with strategy, technology, and HR leaders to design initiatives that accelerate AI fluency and tool adoption across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• 5+ years of experience in client-facing consulting, enterprise change management, or product management.
• At least 3 years of experience creating and executing technology enablement or learning strategies.
• At least 3 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional project management initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the learning and development strategy for the enterprise AI transformation.
• Design and implement learning initiatives that drive workforce readiness and AI tool adoption.
• Partner with strategy, technology and HR leaders to align initiatives with business outcomes.
• Drive enterprise learning roadmap creation and delivery for AI enablement across the company.
