Zusammenfassung

Coinbase is seeking an AI-forward People Operations leader to design, execute, and continuously improve HR service delivery. You’ll combine data, automation, and people strategy to anticipate organizational needs and deliver scalable, human-centered solutions.

You will collaborate across IT, Payroll, HR M&A, and HR Business Partners to modernize work in an AI-enabled environment, delivering faster, smarter, and more responsive service.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR program management, operations strategy, process improvement, HR technology, or a related field, including complex cross-functional portfolio leadership.
• Proven track record of using AI and automation to redesign operational workflows at scale in a global organization, not just piloting tools, but embedding them into how work gets done.

Aufgaben

• Lead with foresight, using Jira, Workday, ticketing trends, service-level data, employee experience signals, and capacity data to anticipate organizational needs and simplify or automate work before issues surface.
• Build and scale AI-powered service delivery, optimizing knowledge management, case management, and employee lifecycle workflows with AI/automation while preserving human judgment, oversight, and compliance.
• Act as a strategic advisor across the People function and align HR processes with business priorities as one connected system.
• Translate complex cross-functional needs into process maps, requirements, success metrics, operating procedures, and launch plans guiding automated, self-service, or human-supported work.
• Lead and develop a team, modeling data-driven decision making and AI use as a daily tool.
• Drive measurable outcomes by tying process and automation investments to efficiency, cost, risk reduction, and employee experience improvements.
