You’ll shape how the employee experience works, partnering across IT, Payroll, HR M&A, and HR Business Partners to deliver scalable, human-centered solutions in an AI-enabled world. In this role you’ll own design, execution, and continuous improvement of HR service delivery, build a team, and ensure fast, accurate, and compliant workflows that align with business

Qualifications

• 5+ years in People Operations or HR program management.
• Experience using AI to redesign workflows at scale.
• Strong governance, prioritization, and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and improve HR service delivery globally.
• Lead AI-powered service delivery and integrate AI with human oversight.
• Partner with IT, Payroll, M&A, and HR Business Partners to modernize processes.
• Translate complex needs into process maps, requirements, and launch plans.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team with a data-driven culture.
• Measure outcomes and tie automation to efficiency, cost savings, and experience.
