Coinbase, Inc. seeks an AI-forward operator to lead People Operations, steering systems, signals, and service models that power the employee experience. You’ll use AI to anticipate needs and scale human-centered solutions across the org.

You’ll own HR service delivery design and work with IT, Payroll, HR M&A, and HR Business Partners to modernize how we work in an AI-enabled environment, faster and smarter.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in People Operations, HR program management, or related roles with cross-functional portfolio leadership.
• Experience using AI and automation to redesign workflows at scale and embed them into daily work.
• Strong program governance, prioritization, and executive communication skills.
• Familiarity with Workday, Jira, or similar HR tech platforms.

• Lead design, execution, and improvement of AI-enabled HR service delivery across teams.
• Partner with IT, Payroll, HR M&A, and HRBPs to modernize processes and improve employee experience.
• translating complex needs into process maps, requirements, and launch plans with clear ownership.
• Lead and develop a team, using data and AI for daily decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Measure outcomes by efficiency, cost, risk reduction, and employee experience.
