Job summary

Coinbase is seeking an AI-forward operator to lead People Operations, shaping how HR services scale with AI and automation. You’ll design, execute, and continually improve service delivery, partnering with IT, Payroll, HR M&A, and HR Business Partners to modernize the employee experience.

You’ll own the design and rollout of workflows that blend automation with human oversight, driving efficiency, cost savings, and higher employee satisfaction across a global organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR program management, operations strategy, process improvement, HR technology, or a related field, including complex cross-functional portfolio leadership.
• Experience using AI and automation to redesign operational workflows at scale in a global organization, embedding them into how work gets done.

Responsibilities

• Lead with foresight using data, service-level data, and signals to anticipate needs and drive simplifications, standardization, automation or redesign.
• Build and scale AI-powered service delivery, optimizing knowledge management and lifecycle workflows.
• Act as strategic advisor to Centers of Excellence, aligning HR functions as one connected system.
• Translate complex needs into process maps, requirements, and launch plans.
• Lead and develop a team, using data and AI in daily decision making.
