Coinbase, Inc. is seeking an AI-forward operator to lead how our People Operations runs, including systems, signals, and the service model that powers the employee experience. You’ll use AI and predictive insight to anticipate needs and scale human-centered solutions.

You will own design, execution, and continuous improvement of HR service delivery, partnering with IT, Payroll, HR M&A, and HR Business Partners to modernize work in an AI-enabled world.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in People Operations, HR program management, operations strategy, process improvement, HR technology, or a related field.
• Experience using AI and automation to redesign operational workflows at scale in a global organization.
• Strong program management fundamentals: prioritization, governance, dependency management, executive communication, and driving delivery through ambiguity.
• Experience partnering with HR technology teams on requirements, testing, data quality, controls, and change adoption for Workday, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Data-driven thinker connecting operational metrics to investment decisions, risk, and outcomes.
• Excellent communication, judgment, and discretion with sensitive employee and business information.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead with foresight, use Jira, Workday, ticketing trends, service-level data, employee signals to anticipate work needs.
• Build and scale AI-powered service delivery, embedding AI and automation to improve speed and quality while preserving human judgment and compliance.
• Act as strategic advisor across People function, aligning HR to business priorities as one connected system.
• Translate cross-functional needs into process maps, requirements, success metrics, SOPs, and launch plans.
• Lead and develop a team, using data and AI as daily decision-making tools.
• Drive measurable outcomes by tying process and automation investments to efficiency, cost, risk, and experience.
