Job summary

Cohesity, a leader in AI-powered data security and management, seeks a Technical Marketing Director to shape security and data protection messaging for practitioners and executives worldwide. You will bridge product innovation with real-world customer needs, driving adoption through technical storytelling, field enablement, and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical product marketing for enterprise software/infrastructure.
• Strong ability to translate complex tech into clear business messaging.
• Experience driving GTM initiatives cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical marketing strategies and assets (demos, blogs, webinars, podcasts, events presentations) to drive product adoption and market awareness.
• Build and deliver compelling demos and presentations to showcase Cohesity’s security and data platform capabilities.
• Translate complex technical features into clear messaging tailored to practitioners, IT leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, sales, and marketing to execute go-to-market initiatives.
• Develop and articulate technical thought leadership through speaking engagements, analyst briefings, and industry presence.
• Align security strategies with Cohesity solutions to strengthen market positioning and credibility.
• Influence product direction by bringing customer and field insights into product and marketing discussions.
• Be part of a team that operates and maintains a technical demo environment and deploys new technologies to support the demos.
