• 15+ years in semiconductor or photonics packaging.
• Experience leading complex technology development teams.
• Knowledge of flip-chip, wafer-level packaging, optical packaging.
• Experience with OSATs and outsourced manufacturing.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead the advanced packaging development organization for architecture, assembly processes, qualification strategy, manufacturing readiness and product industrialization.
• Build a high-performing team focused on technical excellence, innovation and execution.
• Drive design decisions related to package design, materials, thermal management, reliability, manufacturability and cost optimization.
• Establish development methodologies, design guidelines and qualification strategies to support product scale-up and commercialization.
• Define roadmap for silicon photonics, optical interconnects, co-packaged optics, AI networking and future platform developments.
• Engage with product management and business development to shape strategies and translate customer needs into packaging solutions.
• Lead external partner management with OSATs and suppliers, aligning schedules and milestones.
• Oversee cross-functional program execution and ensure smooth transition from development to production.
