• Experience in education, community engagement is a plus.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline from inquiry to enrollment.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Drive generation and conversion of family referrals from community professionals.
• Develop outreach strategies to cultivate professional partnerships.
• Plan and oversee campus/community events.
• Own prospecting, outreach, and enrollment metrics.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams.
• Forecast sales and analyze performance for improvements.
• Utilize CRM and other systems for outreach and records.
