Job summary

Fusion Academy in the United States seeks a Director of Admissions to exceed enrollment and revenue targets by driving professional referrals, community outreach, and campus events. The role requires consultative sales skills and a commitment to delivering high‑quality service to families and professionals.

You will own prospecting, manage a sales pipeline, forecast performance, collaborate with marketing and support teams, and use Salesforce, Canva, and Power BI to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferable in education, marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• Experience in outreach, consultative sales, business development, and event planning.
• Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales or enrollment targets in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience in behavioral health, education, and community engagement is a plus
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and drive prospects from inquiry through enrollment with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Drive the generation and conversion of direct family referrals from professionals in the community.
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to cultivate professional partnerships and referrals within the community.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee engaging and curated campus and community events.
• Own prospecting, outreach, and campus enrollment metrics.
• Collaborate with regional and national sales and support teams.
• Forecast sales, track and analyze performance by identifying trends and opportunities.
