Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Director for North American B2B Secular Shift in the B2C Retail & Restaurants segment. You will shape go-to-market strategy across NAM, drive partnerships with issuer partners, and build a high-velocity sales pipeline to close multi-million dollar deals.

You will collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Franchise and Customer Delivery to ensure aligned incentives and successful execution, while communicating a clear customer-centric value story to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience leading B2B secular shift in NAM for B2C Retail & Restaurants.
• Ability to build and manage sales pipeline and close deals.
• Strong cross-functional partnership with Finance, Sales, Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead NAM go-to-market strategy for B2C Retail & Restaurants.
• Expand issuer partners and distribution channels.
• Partner with Account and Business Development to close deals.
• Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Franchise, and Customer Delivery.
• Ensure client-centric narrative is used across org.
• Track pipeline with SFDC and commercialization tools.
• Drive internal alignment with product groups and leadership.
• Develop SMB growth strategies for issuer portfolios.
• Create client materials and training for SMB opportunities.
