You will lead GTM strategy, partner with Sales and Finance to grow market share, and build a robust pipeline across NAM businesses. This is a high-impact leadership role within Mastercard's Commercial & New Payments Flows NAM organization.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on understanding of POS and Invoice Payments in the Property & Casualty Insurance segment.
• Ability to move ideas to action with urgency and focus.
• Experience shifting legacy payment flows toward modern card-based solutions.
• Strong ability to connect customer needs to business outcomes and drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategy for P&C Insurance Secular Shift across NAM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to cross-sell Mastercard solutions.
• Engage clients, identify opportunities, build a sales pipeline, and close deals.
• Coordinate withFinance, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Delivery to ensure resources and execution.
• Develop SMB growth strategies and scalable models for issuer portfolios.
• Create client materials, train teams, and produce use-case content for SMBs.
