Mastercard seeks a Director, North American B2B Secular Shift – Construction & Trades to lead the go-to-market across NAM, expanding issuer partners and distribution channels. You will build a strong sales pipeline, close deals, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive growth.

You will champion customer-centric storytelling, oversee cross-functional execution, and push for measurable outcomes across the Construction & Trades segment in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the Construction & Trades Secular Shift go-to-market strategy across NAM, focusing on issuer partners and new distribution channels.
• Work cross-functionally with the broader Commercial and New Payment Flows team; partner and cross-sell solutions.
• Partner with Account and Business Development teams to engage clients, identify opportunities, build a sales pipeline and close deals.
• Drive commercialization with stakeholders from Finance, Sales, Marketing, Franchise, and Customer Delivery for successful segment initiatives.
• Ensure customer-centric narrative throughout organization and with customers and prospects.
• Support client negotiations, co-leading key deals and aligning value proposition with client needs.
• Track pipeline performance using SFDC and commercialization tools for timely follow-up and traction.
• Champion internal alignment across product groups, Finance, Sales Excellence for momentum.
• Develop SMB growth strategies and scalable models; create client materials and training for SMB opportunities.
