Mastercard is seeking a Director, North American B2B Secular Shift – Construction & Trades to lead go-to-market strategy across NAM. You will engage issuer partners, build a robust sales pipeline, and close strategic deals to drive GDV growth in the Construction & Trades segment.

The role requires hands-on market knowledge of POS and Invoice Payments in construction and trades, cross-functional leadership, and a data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead go‑to‑market strategy for Construction & Trades in NAM.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally across Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations.
• Engage clients, identify opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline and close deals.
• Track pipeline performance using SFDC and commercialization tools.
