Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Director for the North American B2B Secular Shift in Construction & Trades to drive go-to-market strategy across NAM. The role focuses on expanding issuer partnerships, developing new channels, and closing deals within a dynamic payments ecosystem.

You will work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure seamless execution, build a strong sales pipeline, and drive growth in the Construction & Trades segment.

Qualifications

• Experience with B2B payments or financial services is a plus.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership skills.
• Customer-centric focus with ability to translate needs into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead go-to-market strategy for Construction & Trades secular shift across NAM.
• Collaborate with account teams to engage clients and build a strong sales pipeline.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing and Operations to drive segment initiatives.
• Track pipeline using SFDC and commercialization tools and ensure timely follow-up.
