Job summary

DBV Technologies in the United States is seeking a Director of Sales Training to define and lead the North America training strategy for a launch-stage immunology portfolio. You will build curricula, certification standards, and learning infrastructure to equip the field team from day one.

This hands-on leadership role combines scientific fluency with adult-learning expertise to design onboarding, launch programs, and ongoing development, ensuring compliance and measurable impact on field

Qualifications

Minimum 8–10+ years in pharma/biotech with field sales and 3–5 years in sales training.
Experience designing onboarding or launch training for a field sales organization.
Familiarity with regulatory labeling and promotional compliance.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve NA sales training strategy and roadmap aligned to launch milestones.
Design curricula covering disease state, product knowledge, access and core selling skills.
Lead launch training, onboarding, and support national and regional meetings.
Conduct field rides to observe execution and coach first-line managers.
Ensure content clears medical, legal, and regulatory review with audit-ready records.
Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Sales Leadership.
Define metrics for training effectiveness and connect to field performance.
Select and manage vendors, LMS, and budget with build-vs-buy decisions.
