Qualifications

• Onboarding or launch training program design and delivery experience for field sales.
• Experience building a training function from the ground up and managing external vendors.
• Strong understanding of promotional compliance and the medical/legal/regulatory review process.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and evolve NA sales training strategy and roadmap for onboarding, launch, and ongoing development.
• Design curricula covering disease state, product knowledge, access landscape, and core selling skills; set certification standards.
• Lead launch training and onboarding; support national/regional sales meetings with workshops and role-plays.
