Job summary

Definium Therapeutics seeks a high‑impact sales training leader to own strategy and execution for a novel CNS product. This fully remote role within the U.S. involves frequent travel and time at the Philadelphia office. You will design curricula, oversee launch readiness, coach managers, and partner across Commercial, Medical, Access, and Compliance to ensure compliant field narratives.

The role reports to the VP of Sales and shapes field capability and long‑term commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or life sciences preferred.
• 12+ years in pharma/biotech commercial roles including sales training and capability development.
• Proven track record designing and launching training initiatives.
• Experience building training functions in CNS or specialty areas is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of adult learning, instructional design, and modern delivery methods.
• Experience managing vendors and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead a comprehensive sales training curriculum for DT120 ODT.
• Build programs for administration, clinical observation, and patient selection.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Compliance and Legal for accuracy and compliance.
• Deliver live, virtual and digital training experiences for onboarding and launch readiness.
• Lead the training function and manage external partners to maintain best-in-class programs.
• Develop measurement frameworks and use data to refine programs.
• Support leadership in coaching frameworks and development of sales managers.
