Legend Biotech USA Inc. is seeking a Director, Head of Commercial Training to design and deliver enterprise learning for commercial field roles and in-house teams.

The role requires building a high-performing training function, aligning with business priorities, and driving measurable capability improvements across oncology products and campaigns. You will lead a team, manage partnerships with agencies and vendors, and ensure training programs meet regulatory SOPs while delivering tangible

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree preferred (MBA/MS).
• 12+ years in commercial roles with leadership in sales, clinical education, or marketing.
• 7+ years oncology experience and 7+ years training/commercial leadership.
• Experience leading a commercial training function and enterprise capability strategies.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Set commercial training strategy and lead execution with a cross-functional team.
• Develop KPIs and address capability gaps across the organization.
• Lead programs covering product knowledge, account management, and campaigns.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, agencies, and vendors for scalable learning.
• Oversee learning measurement plans linking training to business impact.
• Ensure compliant training aligned with SOPs for customer interactions.
