DBV Technologies seeks a Director of Sales Training to lead the strategy for North America, building curricula, certification, and learning infrastructure for a launch-ready field force. This hands-on leader blends scientific fluency with adult-learning expertise to align cross-functional partners and drive measurable field readiness.
Based in Warren, NJ with minimum 3 days on site, the role shapes training for a launch-stage Biotech, partnering with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Market Access
Reporting to the Senior Director, Commercial Operations, the Director, Sales Training will define and lead sales training strategy for North America, ensuring DBV's Immunology field team is knowledgeable, compliant, and confident from the first day of the Viaskin® Peanut launch, pending FDA approval. This is a ground-up build: the Director will set the training vision and stand up the curricula, certification standards, and learning infrastructure that will shape how a launch-stage company equips its sales organization to compete.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for a builder who pairs field credibility and scientific fluency with real expertise in adult learning, equally comfortable shaping strategy, facilitating a workshop, and navigating a medical/legal/regulatory review. Success means a certified, launch‑ready field force; a training function trusted by Sales Leadership and cross‑functional partners; and a measurable link between training and field performance as DBV moves toward and through commercial launch.

We are on a mission to advance epicutaneous immunotherapy using our innovative technology platform, Viaskin™, to develop treatment options for immunologic diseases with significant unmet medical need.
This mission drives our commitment to the advancement of treatments for patients and their families. That is why we are investigating a potential new class of immunotherapy, epicutaneous immunotherapy (EPIT), that aims to re‑educate the immune system of patients through the skin.
Today, we are focused on exploring the use of Viaskin to address food allergies, a devastating condition that afflicts millions of patients. As an important milestone in our journey, we hope to offer the first epicutaneous immunotherapy treatment for peanut allergy.
Tomorrow, as pioneers, we will continue to explore the broad applications of this potential new class of immunotherapy, including treatments for patients suffering from inflammatory and autoimmune diseases.
