Job summary

Definium Therapeutics seeks a high-impact Head of Sales Training to own end-to-end strategy and execution for a novel CNS product, requiring deep scientific fluency, patient and HCP engagement, and strict compliance. You will influence launch readiness, field capability, and long-term commercial performance.

This role is fully remote in the U.S. with significant travel; a substantial portion of training delivery occurs near our Philadelphia office, and hybrid collaboration across Commercial,

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry within the commercial function.
• Experience leading sales training initiatives, product launches, and leadership development.
• Proven ability to design and evaluate training programs in regulated spaces.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead comprehensive training curricula covering product knowledge, disease states, and compliant promotional practices.
• Build programs for CNS products including DT120 ODT and related regulatory considerations.
• Partner with Commercial, Medical, Access, Compliance and Legal to ensure content accuracy and alignment.
• Deliver live, virtual, and digital training experiences with substantial in-person work at the Philadelphia office.
