• Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in commercial roles with leadership experience.
• 7+ years Oncology experience and training leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Proven ability to lead and partner with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Set the commercial training strategy and lead execution with the team.
• Develop cross-functional training programs across therapy area and campaigns.
• Build and coach a high‑performing training team with clear priorities.
• Establish a Learning Capabilities Measurement Plan to show impact.
• Ensure training compliance with SOPs and governance.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners/vendors.
