Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Deal Technology team seeks a Director to lead IT-focused projects for Private Equity transactions. You will work with investment teams, operating partners and C‑Suite executives to shape integrations, carve-outs and value realization.

You will develop strategies, manage complex problems, and mentor colleagues while engaging client teams on-site or at EY offices for 60% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information and Operations Management, or Analytics and 5 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Interest in Private Equity dynamics and stakeholder navigation.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience leading in complex environments and synthesizing integration approaches.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategies for transactions across sectors.
• Lead pre-deal and post-deal IT integration/separation planning.
• Identify value enhancement ideas and mitigate risks during transformations.
• Coach junior colleagues and build senior client relationships.
• Collaborate across EY-Parthenon sub-service lines on project delivery.
