Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Director to lead IT-focused initiatives within the Deal Technology practice. You will work with investment teams and portfolio company leaders to design and execute IT-driven separation and integration plans across industries. A strong consulting background and PE experience are highly valued.

The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and delivery excellence in a hybrid work model based out of McLean, VA.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT transformation and separation projects in a consulting or corporate setting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights for stakeholders.
• Experience with private equity transactions and complex integrations/divestitures.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT-focused strategies for transactions and separations across sectors.
• Collaborate with investment teams, operating partners, and C-Suite executives to shape plans.
• Develop and execute pre- and post-deal IT integration and carves-out planning.
• Coach teams and contribute to practice development initiatives.
