Job summary

EY-Parthenon seeks a Director to lead IT-focused projects within its Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice. You will work with investment teams, operating partners, and C-Suite executives to shape strategies for transactions and manage both pre‑deal and post‑deal activities, including integration planning and value creation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information and Operations Management, or Analytics with 5 years of related work experience, or graduate degree with ~3 years.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Interest in Private Equity dynamics and stakeholder navigation across investment teams and portfolio leaders.
• Experience leading in complex environments and in at least one core business process (procurement to pay, record to report, etc.).
• Certifications in Agile, ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma, CISSP or CISA highly desired.

• Lead IT-focused projects across sectors as a Director in Strategy and Execution Deal Technology.
• Work with investment teams, operating partners, and C-Suite executives on transactions.
• Develop and execute strategies for pre-deal operational and carve-out planning and post-deal integration planning.
• Demonstrate a commercial mindset and drive value through successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams across EY-Parthenon sub-service lines.
