Job summary

EY-Parthenon seeks a Director to lead IT-focused transaction work with private equity clients. You will manage engagements from pre‑deal planning through post‑deal integration, working alongside investment teams and C‑Suite executives.

A commercial mindset and strong relationship skills are essential to drive value and win new work. You will oversee complex analytics, governance, and separation programs, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to practice development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, CS, or analytics with 5 years of related work experience.
• MBA preferred and significant management consulting experience.
• Analytical skills to translate data into insights; ability to manage stakeholders.
• Experience in integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs; strong negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.
• Expertise in at least 4 IT skill sets listed in the job posting.
