Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the United States is seeking a Director for Strategy and Execution Deal Technology focused on private equity transactions. You will manage IT projects, work with investment teams, operating partners, and C‑Suite executives, and develop strategies for pre‑ and post‑deal engagements.

The role requires significant management consulting experience, strong analytical skills, and expertise across IT strategy, enterprise architecture, cloud, security, and integration planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information and Operations Management, or Analytics and 5 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Interest in understanding how Private Equity dynamics work, navigating stakeholders across investment teams, operating partners/advisors, and leaders at the portfolio companies.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve‑outs with a demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.
• Certifications in Agile, ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma, CISSP or CISA highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy and transformation initiatives across sectors within private equity portfolios.
• Develop and execute integration and separation plans, value creation ideas and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with investment teams, operating partners and C‑Suite executives on project delivery.
• Drive business development and pursuit activities for the practice.
