Job summary

You will collaborate with investment teams, operating partners, and executives, shaping execution strategies and ensuring seamless separation or integration within portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information and Operations Management, or Analytics with 5 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Ability to understand Private Equity dynamics and cross-stakeholder navigation.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy and deal technology engagements for middle-market portfolio companies.
• Develop and execute strategies for transactions, pre‑ and post‑deal across multiple engagements.
• Collaborate with investment teams, operating partners, and C‑Suite executives.
