EY-Parthenon, a leading strategic advisory unit, seeks a Director in Strategy and Execution Deal Technology focused on Private Equity. You will manage IT-focused transactions, collaborate with investment teams and C‑Suite executives, and drive value through integration planning and separations.

The role blends pre-deal and post-deal work with a strong commercial orientation. You will leverage a broad IT skills base, work across sectors, and contribute to high-profile transactions in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, CS, Business Information and Operations Management, or Analytics with 5 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for transactions across sectors, including pre- and post-deal activities.
• Collaborate with investment teams, operating partners, and C‑Suite executives at portfolio companies.
• Lead and coach teams; build experience in multiple engagement types (pre-deal, post-deal).
• Demonstrate a commercial mindset to drive value in projects.
