Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Director to lead IT-focused transactions across middle-market portfolio companies. You will work with investment teams and C‑Suite leaders on pre‑deal and post‑deal activities, including integration planning and value creation.

You will leverage a commercial mindset, depth in IT strategy and architecture, and strong client leadership to deliver actionable insights and durable outcomes for private equity clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related work experience, or graduate degree with ~3 years.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Experience with Private Equity dynamics and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading complex integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Certifications in Agile, ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma, CISSP or CISA are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute IT-focused projects across sectors with investment teams and C-Suite executives.
• Develop and implement strategies for transactions, including pre- and post-deal activities.
• Coach junior colleagues and contribute to practice development initiatives.
• Build client relationships and drive value through effective problem solving and storytelling.
• Collaborate across EY-Parthenon's sub-service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
