EY-Parthenon seeks a Director in Strategy and Execution Deal Technology to lead IT-focused projects across sectors, collaborating with investment teams and C-Suite executives. You’ll shape IT strategy, architecture, and post-deal integration planning to optimize value for private equity clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, CS, Business Information and Operations Management, or Analytics and 5 years related experience.
• MBA is preferred; significant consulting experience; strong analytical skills.
• Experience in business integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs with quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT-focused projects across sectors with investment teams, operating partners, and C-Suite executives.
• Develop and execute strategies for transactions.
• Work on pre-deal and post-deal integration planning and value creation.
