Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Information and Operations Management, or Analytics with 5 years related experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with Private Equity dynamics and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading integrations, divestitures, or carve‑outs.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT-focused projects across sectors with investment teams and C-suite executives.
• Develop and execute strategies for transactions and post‑deal integration planning.
• Collaborate with EY-Parthenon teams to deliver value through IT and business outcomes.
• Drive client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
