Job summary

EY-Parthenon seeks a Director to lead IT-focused transaction strategies and transformation programs across multiple sectors. You will collaborate with investment teams, operating partners, and C-suite leaders to design and execute pre- and post-deal plans, including carve-outs and integration initiatives.

The role emphasizes a commercial mindset, complex problem solving, and ability to work within EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution practice. Hybrid work and global client exposure are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, CS, or analytics with 5 years of related work experience; or graduate degree with ~3 years.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Understanding Private Equity dynamics and stakeholder navigation.
• Experience leading in complex environments and in integrations/divestitures.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT-focused strategy and transformation projects across sectors with EY-Parthenon teams.
• Collaborate with investment teams, operating partners, and C-suite executives on transaction strategies.
• Develop pre- and post-deal engagement plans (operational carve-outs, integration planning, value creation).
