Job summary

EY-Parthenon in the US seeks a Director to lead IT-focused transactions within the Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice. You will manage complex projects across sectors and develop strategies for transactions, including pre-deal and post-deal integration planning, with a commercial mindset and emphasis on delivering client value.

You will work with senior teams across EY-Parthenon, shaping outcomes through collaboration, analytics, and a client-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, CS, or analytics with 5 years of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Significant management consulting experience.
• Certifications in Agile, ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma, CISSP or CISA highly desired.
• You must reside in or be commutable to the office location; travel may be required.
